Which is a hassle. I have mostly only done that for very unusual or hard-to-find things like small, women's, pack steel-toed boots.Silver Foxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03131032620978696727noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5950727852821572506.post-54091216678359639112008-10-15T20:50:00.000-04:002008-10-15T20:50:00.000-04:00Yeah, I guess I'm fundamentally old-fashioned in t...Yeah, I guess I'm fundamentally old-fashioned in that I don't want to buy a suit online. I view suits like shoes: I have a particular body type and what looks like it should fit may be perfectly ridiculous on me. Like the short jackets. They look horrendous on me, but I wouldn't have known until I started trying them on.Short Geologisthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08047258159927129336noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5950727852821572506.post-72712273094360685622008-10-15T18:49:00.000-04:002008-10-15T18:49:00.000-04:00Have you tried the Eddie Bauer petite? I don't think their physical stores usually carry petite sizes, but what you can do is go to one, try on the regular size item, then order the petite version at the store. The stores have direct phone lines for ordering, and iirc you avoid paying the handling part of shipping and handling this way.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5950727852821572506.post-41610698231162652282008-10-13T22:55:00.000-04:002008-10-13T22:55:00.000-04:00I've always had to shop in the petite departments ...I've always had to shop in the petite departments (which is based on height), and not all places have those. Even then, I think I resigned myself to rolling suit sleeves up - but that's a whole different style, maybe not one for an interview.

Good luck!Silver Foxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03131032620978696727noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5950727852821572506.post-7104291740495157162008-10-13T22:02:00.000-04:002008-10-13T22:02:00.000-04:00I don't ever need suits now.
